I had always thought that his major complaint was that he was sick of being on a losing team. He is/was a great player who was just buried in the mess that was the Bengals.

I think that he will be great for the first year, since he will be grateful to be out of Ohio. But the next year he is gonna need some cheese to go with his whine, unless Bellicheck really impresses him.
