That's the question as of 7PM. Someone named Randi Rhodes with a show says he's resigning as soon as Fitz makes it public. Ding-dong the witch is dead

We can all pray to God that she's right!
Now I lay me down to sleep, I pray you send Karl Rove to the deep. If he should resign before I awake, I pray the Lord his soul to take.

Hate to break the bad news, but No he did not get indicted.
Randi Rhodes isn't a newswoman, so you have to take everything she says with a huge grain of salt. It's all speculation. Fitzgerald's grand jury convenes on Wednesdays and Fridays, so each week on those days, the pundits all gather round the glowing pixels of their PCs awaiting the news...
Regardless, if he does get indicted, I seriously doubt Rove will resign.

To put an end to the speculation, Rove will not be indicted. Too bad the DA prosecuting the Duke lacrosse players didn't show the same good judgment that Fitzgerald did. Maybe that's what makes him "special."

Gmg, not sure what an alleged rape case has to do anything with a government employee being charged with leaking classified documents...

Two words, Illini, prosecutorial discretion, behind one concept, good judgment, that transcends any number of issues.
