Thanks in part to a project by the Philadelphia-based Equality Forum, 460 -- 92 percent -- of the Fortune 500 companies now include "sexual orientation" in their hiring and employment non-discrimination policies.

At this link you can read about it and check out the list of 460 companies that are, and 40 that aren't, protecting their gay and lesbian workers.

It may come as no surprise that one of what I will call the "Dirty Forty" is Halliburton...

Joe, I wanted to let you know I did look at the list - interesting stuff, and sell your Wendy's stock because when I stop eating there, it's going to plunge.
