Swaggart Declares Jihad on Gays

This comment aired in Canada, where it is a crime to say things like that. Swaggart, his ministry and the station that aired it are currently under investigation.

Note that he said he never saw a man that he wanted to marry--the way I read it, there is a man out there whom, if he saw, he might wanna marry.

At any rate, Miss Swaggart is LOOOONG past the days when anyone gay, straight, living or dead would wanna look at him. Bloated imbecile.

Jimmy Swaggert has "apologized" for wanting to kill gays claiming "It's a humorous statement that doesn't mean anything..If it's an insult, I certainly didn't think it was, bit if they are offended, then I certainly offer an apology"....IF it's an insult!? eek! ....he actually expects us to believe that threatening to kill any gay man who "looks at me like that" is a "joke"?....that is the most insincere "apology" I've ever heard and I only hope that the Canadian broadcast regulatory group follows through on their threats to file suit against this homicidal bigot. :mad:

This is what I call the un-apology. Someone puts on the front of apology with no feeling of remorse, it's all brought on by someone else's negative reaction without the guilty party's feeling of guilt or wrongdoing. I usually don't take apologies very seriously when they include the phrase "if I hurt someone".
