When I was there last it was 65% yes 35% no...
Do you think the cuts should be delayed do to the budget numbers or not and why?

They should have been tied to some economic triggers (all of which would have been flipped by now) to prevent the kind of irresponsible politicizing of the nation's budgets that we have seen. Kind of like the US Congress voting itself a hidden pay raise. (Look at the number of millionaires currently in the Senate, and the number of Congresspeople who are considered wealthy. These people are who we entrusted to do the right thing for those people who are not high income earners.)
