Did anyone else see this frightening story about students in North Korea last night? The country of North Korea allowed a Dutch Journalist to enter the country and interview students to co-incide with the realease of "The Diary of Anne Frank", and what they thought about the book. Most of the students downplayed the fact that the Nazis really were serious about trying to eliminate Jews, so thus downplayed Anne Frank. Then several of the students called Bush a Nazi, and called us American Nazi's as well! One of the students even went so far to say that in the war between the two countries she will fight us till "every American Nazi no longer lives". They called us a "war mongering nation" also. In several instances when the Dutch journalist asked students questions, the Teacher would whisper to them exactly what to say...and how to respond. I was beside myself over most of this. Then they kids went out of their way to praise the countries leader Kim Jong-Il, and use words live "beloved", and "compassionate", and say that he would never allow them to starve, even though we were showed pictures of starving North Korean babies..
The kids seemed to sense and know that there was definitely going to be a war between the U.S. and North Korea. I was blown away by what I heard and saw on this story.

Yes, it was totally disgusting what little robots they've bred among the elite over there. A whole new generation of terrorists just itching to take it out on the US.

Why did CBS choose to air this opposite of Oscar-night-hype? So, we are a country of American Nazis? Bush, Cheney, Ashcroft, and Rumsfeld...are you listening? Probably not. They have big planes in North Korea, too, don't they? Ah, it doesn't matter...neither does the fact that they are shooting test missles into the Pacific Ocean. Punk Ass Chimp would rather not mess with a country that can probably whip our asses.

That was the creepiest thing Ive ever seen.
My father is from North korea. My mother is from South Korea. But her oldest sister married a North Korean army officer and moved to Pyongyang many years ago. My parents visited N.Korea for 2 weeks many years ago and we keep up with the state of affairs there.
Yes it was creepy. Yes it's sad and unbelievable. But it's all true.
You have to understand the mindset and life-experience of the N.Koreans.... They have absolutely no access to any information except for what comes from the government.
Imagine that since birth all your info comes from the W.Bush White House and there is no NY Times, No CNN, No internet, No washington Post, no nothing to gainsay anything from the government. what happens in North korea is a 1000 times worse than that.
To the N.Koreans, Kim Il-Sung is not the former president. He was the all knowing father and God on earth who was the only thing keeping the invaders out of their country.
Yes it's sad. and when I think about my cousins over there....
I wonder.... 1) are they still alive or did they starve to death? and 2)what are they doing and feeling now?

This was really f**king creepy. I'm guessing Kim Jong Il's not gonna let them read 1984 anytime soon, eh?
