I thought I saw on the news where they had shut this site down...

Glad to see it's still up. I'm surprised, though, because now that I think about it, I KNOW I read (maybe even in the Times) that one of the sites was shut down...

My favorite mixes:
"Introducing Howard Dean" - kinda the funniest
"We Have the Power (Stand Up for America)" - maybe the most flattering for Dean
"WMDean" - best arrangement/fusion sound, but also kinda the spookiest (politically)
"Howard Dean:Reloaded" - heavy-handed video, but worth a mention, I thought

Oddly enough, I have met John Ashcroft in a little corner market on Capitol Hill. He was very nice, very friendly, etc. Told him my parents live near Joplin, MO, small talk like that. My memory is slightly hazy, but I think it was cinco de mayo and this guy in line had about a case of Corona and Acroft joked about somebody planning a big C de M. Or something like that, funny from a guy who's supposed to be such a teetotaler.

Also, when Acroft was still a Senator, a friend of mine got a flat tire right in front of Acroft's house, and Acroft actually changed the tire for him.

One other thing: THe spots around Acroft's house on Cap Hill are primo parking because there's always a security detail around so your odds of getting robbed/broken into are minimal.
