HUH? I think that is either (1) wishful thinking, or (2) an opinion posted to stir up controversy.
Either that, or you saw it on Fox News. I've been to 4-5 news sites and have not seen such a story.

Say it ain't so, Wes...but he is out. He actually was generous to Kerry and Edwards in conceding. He'll get a top post--Secretary of Defense or something like that.

Who cares? He was a terrible candidate. He reminds me of Frank Burns from MASH for some reason.

Clark Bombed...
And just yesterday I saw my first Clark bumper sticker here in L.A...Oh well, I wonder if he'll stay a Democrat.

The candidate (or should I say former candidate) who is a Democrat in name only and needs to go over to the GOP where he belongs is Joe Lieberman....I think Clark's party affiliation will not change but Lieberman is clearly a Republican in Democratic clothing (as his voting record suggests) and, as far as I'm concerned, the GOP can have him.

Clark showed grace and dignity in the final days of his campaign. Maybe Howard Dean should take some lessons...

For the record, I was not a Connecticut resident in 2000 and therefore proudly say that I have never and will never vote for Joe Lieberman.
Wes Clark won't change parties until he's faded away like old soldiers do.....

I think Clark gained some valuable experience here by running. I don't don't think he clicked with too many people, plus the fact that he got a late start. I did like alot of what I heard from him, but to me he just didn't sound presidential at this point.

since I vote absentee, I voted for General Clark--for all his faults, he was probably the most gay-friendly of all the candidates
if you didn't read the interview in Advocate, try to find it. Very eye-opening. If he is Sec. of Defense in a Democratic administration come November, watch for major changes in DADT

Say it loud: he wore argyle, and he was proud.
