According to Comcast Sportsnet: Seattle made an offer to Hugh Douglas. The Eagles last night made a small offer, and then doubled it this morning. But Jacksonville came from out of nowhere and made the biggest offer, so Douglas is headed to Florida for a physical and assuming no problems, will sign with the Jaguars next week.

Yeah, I guess it is all but official that the Jags will be getting Douglas. So the Eagles sign Nate Wayne and lose Hugh Douglas. I guess this is the exciting off season activity the Eagles were telling us about. Woo-Hoo.

Scratching my head at hugh going to Jax, did he not say that he WANTED TO WIN? Thats why i thought it was down to KC and Philly, with seattle just bringing up the price a bit...

This just baffles me...Quite sad as Hugh was one of my favorites on the team.. I'll crack a beer for him.... Wonder what the fat man's back-up plan is?????? I heard it was to go after restricted FA from the Packer.. cant pronounce his name, but they'd have to dish over their 1st round pick for him. This just in eagles new motto is... "we are the packers of the ne"... nutz. beer time.....
