Anquan Boldin, last year's Rookie of the Year, will be out 8-12 weeks with a knee injury. Bryant Johnson, the Cardinals first round pick last year, just removed a protecive boot and is expected to return to full strength by the start of the regular season.

These injuries may not be as significant as last year's Michael Vick and Chad Pennington (and Michael Bennett) injuries, but I was/am really looking forward to the AZ Cardinals this year and in the future.

I know a lot of teams have some guys with minor injuries, but I think Boldin is the first major injury of the season.

I forgot about Jansen, the offensive tackle for the Redskins that was lost for the season earlier in the week.

There was also David Boston for the Season, Boss Baily for 3 months or something like that. But, I keep getting the feeling that the football gods are angry about that new jamming at the line rule that was suppose to make it easier for WRs. They are picking off the WRs slowly but surely.

I think I am going to go put some lambs' blood on Andre Johnson's post and lintel, same with Marvin Harrison, I need him for fanstasy ball.

I knew there was a few I was missing. The big one that was bugging me was Boston.

Out for the season: Eagles' N.D. Kalu with a torn ACL in his right knee in a morning scrimmage.

It's by far the most injuries I've ever seen in a training camp," said Jevon Kearse, the Eagles' other starter at defensive end.

...what a shame...

looks like that window of opportunity is passing faster than PF ejaculates... eek!

Oh man, JP Losman is out now too! The Bills gave away the farm for that guy and now he's down. Well, I guess that will give him ample time to hold the clip board and learn how the game is played.

Vikes got a couple guys banged up last night against the 49ers. RB Michael Bennett and T Bryant McKinnie both sustained injuries to their right knee. Thankfully both are expected to be okay.

Attention Citiizens of Buffalo: On Monday, Coach Mularky will begin to accept appliations from the general public for the position of back-up quarterback. You must be able to attend some games and have body parts that can survive a hit from an opposing defense.

Lawyer Milloy will probably just tape his broken arm together with some duct tape and get back out there.

Stud WR Marc Boerigter from Kansas City was helped off the field with a knee injury. Supposedly, it doesn't look good. He was poised to have a breakout year.

So, where can be place bets on when Mike Vick gets the "Kurt Warner/Mac Bulger Treatment" and Mora puts Schaub in over that whiner?

His leg hurts. . . he can't play . . . Whaaaaaa!

Apparenlty Mike has never talked to or heard of Steve McNair, who probably couldn't feel the entire left half and lower part of his body he was so pumped on painkillers the last half of the season. It's the NFL, get out there and do your JOB.

Mora said that Vick was like a race car that had to be fine tuned to work right - I don't know if that's really a compliment.
