Following the completion of the Bush Bowl out in San Fran, they've now released the top 5 for the April draft:
1. Houston
2. New Orleans
3. Tennessee
4. NY Jets
5. Green Bay
I would think after Bush gets selected by Houston, the Saints would then snatch Matt Leinart and then the Titans would get DeAngelo Williams maybe?

I wouldn't be surprised to see the Texans trade down to try and get multiple first round picks. They need way more help than 1 RB can give them especially with the O-line they have. Or at least say they have, becaise there is actually very little physical evidence of one even existing.

Today on "Cold Pizza" both Woody Paige and Skip Bayless called the Texans' loss to the 49ers suspicious. Evidence includes both David Carr and Andre Johnson being pulled out of the game plus kicker Kris Brown's lame attempt at making that 31 yard chip shot late in the 4th quarter.

I might be suspicious of the missed kick if there wasn't that "kick" he effed up earlier in the season. I don't remember who the Texans were playing, but I've never seen such a bad miss under decent conditions. And I think it was even shorter than the 31 yarder he missed yesterday.
Now removing Carr and Johnson-that is suspicious indeed.

Yeah, on 2 consecutive Sundays in December the Texans blew games at Baltimore and at Tennessee. I believe the Baltimore game is the game where Kris Brown spazzed. I would say Kris Brown will go down in Texans' folklore as the legend who was responsible for Reggie Bush being able to pump life into the franchise.
As for David Carr, they said he was pulled out because of an elbow problem but even David Carr after the game questioned why he was pulled out. In his career with the Texans, David Carr must have been sacked some 250 times! You would think he could handle a little elbow problem.

I wonder if the Texans would think about taking Vince Young on the heels of his performance last night? A Texan playing for the Texans could sell a boat load of tickets. And he could probably handle that pass rush in a way David Carr couldn't. They could use Carr for trade bait to land a late frist round or second round pick.

I agree if Vince Young is available the Texans should go after him and try to trade Carr. They could still get a decent RB through trade or draft.

My guess is that Reggie Bush is the real deal, and neither Young or Leinart are a good bet. Phil Simms says Young needs a lot of work on his arm strength and accuracy, and Leinart looks like Matt Cassel, his erstwhile backup.
