Full Version: "Stamps" for e-mail
Raising postage stamps hasn't stopped the junk mail I receive so I don't think this will do much. I still get countless credit card applications, phone service solicitations, video club membership offers and so on.
Also people who send lots of emails will start doing it from work to save money. This isn't fair to employers who are already being cheated by their employees using the internet at work for personal use.
