OK, my .02:

Obviously he is dumb for believing this could work, because we all know no matter what pills you swallow (hee-hee, I said 'swallow') or how much pulling and yankin' ya do, it ain't gettin' bigga!!!

But on another note, maybe he knew it wouldn't and wanted to teach the company a lesson. Because I for one hate "Take this pill and you will lose 50 lbs in 2 days!" And even though you know it's not true, I always wish you could screw the company over for preying on those who do think it's true. Who could blame him, if given the choice, I'd go bigger

If this somehow helps get those hideous Enzyte commercials off the air, I'll be eternally grateful to this man for being enough of a dumbass to buy this crap to begin with and then putting himself up for public ridicule by filing a lawsuit. wink

What's shocking to me about the Enzyte commercials is the way they advertise as if it's a federally approved drug by mimicking all the many commercials we have nowadays for Cialis, Nexium, Zoloft, etc. That's just shameful.

Agree with you about the Enzyte commercials. Everytime I see the man in the commercial ( Bob) I want to slap him silly. eek!

I think the people who bought this stuff are the one swho should be sued for stupidity. (Sorry in advance for any here who falls into this category!)

It absolutely amazes me that the manufacturers of these things can make enough money to pay for their advertisements.

Sadly, JC, some people's sexual identity are so tied up with the size of a body part that they will try anything in order to be "real man" or "really feminine".
I'm on the other side of the gender fence, but I've seen ads for every possible nostrum to supposedly increase a woman's breast size. Pills, creams, exercises (the only muscle in the breast is the muscle that controls nipple erection) and, my favorite, an audiotape that claims that if a woman plays it by her bedside at night she will wake up in the morning with larger breasts.
