This time it's fullback Jon Ritchie with a torn ACL in his left knee. He's the 4th to be out for the year, joining running back Correll Buckhalter (knee), right guard Shawn Andrews (leg) and defensive end N.D. Kalu (knee).

Raiders QB Rich Gannon will miss at least 6 weeks due to a broken vertebra. Based on how well the offense looked under Kerry Collins, you have to wonder if this is the end for Gannon. I hate the Raiders, but have always liked Gannon as a QB as well as a big old stud! Woof daddy!!!

Seems like alot of major season-ending or lenghthy injuries this year doesn't it?

Also out for the year: Tampa Bay RB Charlie Garner and Chicago QB Rex Grossman. Apparently someone named Jonathan Quinn will start at QB against the Eagles on Sunday. It could get ugly...

Cowboys' Dan Campbell and Pete Hunter are out for the year. Both are having surgery Tuesday.
