What, in your book, makes a great kisser?

A good kisser knows that the lips isn't the only part of the body that should be kissed..... of course, everyone has their own spots....neck, ears, etc...

When it doesn't seem like he is trying to do an impression of a vacuum cleaner by trying to suck my toungue out of my mouth--that can hurt!!! Also, soft, gentle kisses make for an excellent kisser.

Creative tounge work.

I cannot stand a kiss where the guy just pistons his tounge in and out, like it's attached to a machine. That's not a turn-on, it's pathetic.

Also, I second the notion that a guy should know that the mouth is not the only place that kisses go. Again, it all comes down to creativity.

Saw a young slim gay male couple in a local disco a few years ago, going at it for well over an hour. There were several rooms and every time I passed through where they were they were in the same spot still kissing like they didn't ever want it to end.

I was going to start a thread on kissing because I had a specific question and thoughts I wanted to express about guys who don't kiss.

Anywho sportinlife...How "young" are we talking re: the guys you saw at the club? (And yes I realize its 7 1/2 years after the fact since you posted that lol). I'll be 34 on Super Bowl Sunday and my boyfriend and I have times where we have some hour long make out sessions. Kissing to me is the most intimate thing that two people can do. Its evident in the fact that may guys who are usually on the down low will do the nastiest, freakiest shit and then be all "no kissing". Its very intimate and the way someone kisses tells me a lot about them. I love to kiss and one of the things that make my boyfriend and I so sexually compatible is that he loves it too. In college when I went through my slutacious period, I didn't want to be with a guy who didn't kiss. Even if it was a one night stand, if the guy didn't kiss on the lips it was deuces!!! I was not pressed. Does anyone here not like to kiss on the lips?

When I was single a guy who didn't want to kiss or was a bad kisser was a dealbreaker.

Love kissing but love having my neck chewed on even more! Purrrrr!
