Amazing how the Raiders manage to land these guys who so fit their image. I really thought they had gotten away from that with guys like Gannon and Rice, but I guess Al Davis is up to his old tricks! I just can't believe he got a 7 year deal!

it just goes to prove that if you can come up with plays on the field - it doesn't matter that you pop pills, take cheap shots at your teammates in practice and opponents on the field, spit in a player's face on national tv, and have been accused of racist remarks - some team will find a place for you. the raiders were supposedly the first team he called. the 7 year deal is probably a method of pro-rating his signing bonus over the term of the contract.

I realize Romanowski is a pig, but kinda sexy I must admit... I would like to hold him down and "vengeance F&*K" him sometime... any volunteers to help??
