A few thoughts:

2. San Fran-Tampa Bay -- yup, was a snoozefest. Almost as bad as the Miami-New Orleans game. The Bucs now have Tim Rattay, who practiced EVERY DAY against the 'Niners defense -- so use him already.

Exactly what I did. What I did see was a train wreck. Yeah, San Fran's defense seemed to be playing like their lives depended on it, but the Bucs stunk up the place.

I do like seeing what Simms has got (which yesterday was nothing) as the Bucs need to make a decision on his future with the team in the off season. Rattay maybe the QB of this team before all is said and done.

Is Simms doesn't show improvement soon I see Rattay playing against Atlanta (maybe sooner) and Simms not in a Bucs uniform next year.

Where's the Eagles defense? I've been starting Drew Brees over McNabb he hasn't been the same since his sports hernia. As McNabb goes so does the Eagles O. It comes down to Dalls and New York in the east.

This weeks matchup against the Eagles and Skins comes down to which team has more pride as both got spanked badly yesterday.

The Eagles played badly today as DM went 0-12 on his first 12 passes. I am a bit tired of Andy Reid's post game statements. No matter how the players do in the game, it's always the same. \"It's my fault, I take responsibility, and I need to do a better job.\"
Yes, i'd like to thank the Fox folks out here... sorry i was only able to see the last 6 incomplete passes instead of 12. Cards/pokes ends, they throw on the bears/lions. ARE YOU SHITTING ME? This is twice they miss a major portion of the start of the second game.

Reid needed to at least TRY and keep his D off the field in Denver. Nope, can't do that... gotta attack with the pass when they are rushing 10..

On a side note, when the game is a blowout... watch the back side of the denver blocking when they run... Everyone on the back side gets CUT at the knees... When are they ever going to do something about that? How many careers need to be ended?

The Bucs are nowhere close to putting Rattay in the lineup, or he would not have been the emergency QB yesterday, he would have taken McCown's spot as number 2.

Rah team.

Oh hey, Mr Outsports...

The passing of the Gints owner was HUGE, he gave you revenue sharing, and parity in the league...

Just didnt have a pretty smile like Johnson.

Under the circumstances I wouldn't have minded not seeing the first 6 passes. I was screaming at the TV 3 plays in.

I'd like to thank the Fox network for letting us know that Wellington Mara died. If I hadn't seen it mentioned EIGHT HUNDRED TIMES yesterday I might not have known about it.

The Gint owner deserved every moment.
George Twins fan
Agreed, though since he never really sought the spotlight himself, he probably would have been embarrassed by the attention. But he is one of, if not the most, importnat owners in the history of the league. The love that Giants players, past and present, had for the man is remarkable.

Speaking of owners, what was the deal with the Saints' owner going all Kenny Rogers on the cameraman after yesterday's loss? Grumpy! Things could get pretty dangerous down there by week 15... eek!

Considering Cry Baby is YET to win a game on the road....

Washington, Philly, Tampa, Atlant, and Carolina will ALL have major beefs IF the gints are still around at the end of the year.

Maybe he shouldn't be trying to get his team moved to another city just now.

Was anyone watching the Bengals-Pack game when the fan stole the ball out of Farves hands? The guy was an idiot and the Cincinnati security was horrible, but it was still hilarious. A lot of people are saying that guy cost the Packers the game, but I you're scrapin the bottom of the barrel if your blaming a drunk fan running across the field as the reason you lost.
Anyways, someone just showed me this video of the new Burger King commercial!...

just kidding, but it's still hilarious
