Cadet charged with sexual assault

Wednesday, January 21, 2004 Posted: 9:54 PM EST (0254 GMT)

(CNN) -- A 17-year-old cadet at an all-male military academy outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, has been arrested and charged with sexual assault on a fellow student and other forms of abuse on two others.

So far I have only been able to find CNN's take on this. Anyone on the east coast see any other news?? I'm interested only because my parental units almost shipped off to here years ago when I was a 'bad' element.

This is really sad for the victims of the asaults but this could also be very sad for the sexual predator in this case too. I have worked in a treatment center for children who have been physically, mentally, verbally and sexually abused. most of the patients at this home for children fit into the latter catagory, and some of them were repeating the behavior and using sexual agression as a way of striking out at someone. One must ask why this boy was at the school in the first place, has he done this before he arrived and has this type of behavior happened to him? Chances are, a relative, a teacher, a minister...did the same thing to him and he learned the behavior. I'd like to know more about this history.

I agree that is usually a behavior of cycle.
