This game moved to Saturday instead of Sunday due to Ivan.

Whassa matter with these guys? NFL players play through bitter snowstorms and horrendous rains, but they can't play in a f*&#ing hurricane? I thought they were supposed to be real studs.

It might have affected the passing game, but then what are running backs for?

You are joking right? You do realize that Ivan can be packing winds of 150 mph or more which can reap destruction. Also it will take time for the people of south Florida to evacuate. I am a huge football fan but no game is worth putting players, coaches, staff, crew, and fans in grave danger. They are not wimps but are being smart.

Is the game not being broadcast today? I made plans to camp out on the couch and watch but can't seem to find it on any channel. frown

According to NFL spokesman Greg Aiello, the NFL did not wish for the game to be carried nationally so as to not hurt ratings for scheduled college football games.

It will not be available for DirecTV subscribers today either, although I believe they will be showing a replay of the game tomorrow.

Yes, Directv will be showing a tape delay of the game tomorrow. Theo, I was also really pissed when I went through all of the channels on Directv and couldn't find it anywhere!

I was also ticked that I wasn't able to watch the outstanding performance from my fantasy TE Randy McMichael, touchdown and big yardage!

I think it would be a hoot to see a football game in a hurricane.
