The only thing that scares me is that Irvin is most likely done for the season with his achilles injury. That nickel DB the Vikes were playing against the Pokes was getting toasted a bit too much.
Russell and Chavous will have to step up and make some picks. Winfield will stop Owens dead.
Onterrio Smith should eat up the Eagles D. Did they really give up 200 yards to Tiki? Oh my!
GO VIKES!!!

This game is going to turn on Special Teams.
MN outside on grass, with a nice loud crowd against them... good luck daunte...
If the running D needs support, we're suiting up JIP and sending him down, i'll play MLB.
And Mike Tice is still a bitch.

The game will be won on the ground. Onterrio Smith will have 125 yards rushing and Moss will match that receiving with a couple TDs. They don't call him Mr. Monday Night for nuthin!!
John Madden will be talking about him all night long. I'm just glad I'll be at the game so I don't have to hear it.

Didnt you say that the big O would have 125 yards against Dallas? Wasnt that the key to victory?
Sting is that the "key" to victory each week now?
To use your "Logic"... I think whoever scores the most points will win...

Moss is gonna teach Owens a lesson in how to back up your talk on Monday night. I'm calling it now. Moss has 100+ yards receiving and 2 TDs.

Moss will teach Owens what it means to be an elite receiver in the NFL. Right after I take you to school in the parking lot. Try to keep the crying to a minimum tho. I don't like sissies.

this article: QUOTE
\"Moss doesn't do bleep without the ball,\" said an AFC general manager. \"He's totally disinterested. But tell him you're going to throw him the ball and it's hard to stop him. That's where Terrell's different. Yeah, he wants the ball. But he'll block. He'll run decoy routes even when he knows the ball's probably not coming to him.\"
Said an NFC coach: \"I'm not crazy about how either one of these guys conduct themselves sometime. The thing about Randy, I don't think he tries hard all the time. I'm an effort guy. I don't think there's any excuse for not busting your bleep on every play. And there's clearly times where I think Randy takes plays off.
\"Terrell, some of the stuff he's done with the Sharpie and the star down in Dallas, makes you cringe. But he always works hard in practice, is a regular in the weight room and is a team guy. I don't know that you can necessarily say that about Randy, though I think he's starting to mature a little bit. I think [Vikings coach Mike] Tice has been good for him.\"
What's the over-under for this game? I imagine it'll be high-scoring.

Just watch this game will turn out to be low scoring.
Moss is a little cry baby bitch, but he is a better WR than Owens. There is no question about that.
JJ better bring the blitz and bring it often, no sitting back like last week.

Whatta game! I don't know a lot about football but hate it anyway, but I had a great time watching the Eagles win last night.
But I'm thinking about rooting for the Vikings this year. I'm in the Philly burbs in Jersey right now, and Eagle green is everywhere. Besides, the Vikings played well last night, and their QB (is Culpepper his name?) was pretty swift on his feet. So maybe I will f**k the Eagles this year. An old friend here is a life-long Dolphins fan, so maybe we'll seek solace with each other this season. Yeah, f**k the Eagles. I've never been to Minnesota, but they seem like good people, the type who wouldn't throw batteries at their own team.
So, yeah! Go Vikes!

Fever, Fever why all the angst. You really need to attend an Eagles game in person to feel all the brotherly love. No batteries were thown and the Viking fans saw a trouncing on the field not in the stands.
The Vikings played well between the 20's but that is not where the game is won. The Eagles maintained strong defense in side their 20 yard line and the Vikings took too many boneheaded penalties. Blame the Viking coaching staff for some of the loss. Poor play selection, clock management and wrong challenges helped in the demise. Moss' greatest threat is going deep and that was not in the playbook.
