In the FWIW dept., this site may help those who get too much junk mail. It's not perfect, but if you suffer from too much junk mail, sign up on that site. It's kind of like the "Do not call" list.

Hey MIB, how do we know this isn't a form that will add us to the junk mail list instead of taking us off? biggrin.gif You go ahead and try it first and let us know how it works. biggrin.gif wink
MIB
Because it came recommended from a leading computer consumer person who has a nationally syndicated and highly regarded show. I don't have a problem with junk mail, BTW.

I just put it back in the mail box marked as return to sender. Also any company that sends unwanted mail (such as pre approved credit card applications)with self addressed prepaid envelopes inside, I mail the empty envelopes back to them.

Same here, SIB! When I get junk mail from an organization I especially dislike, like the Traditional Values Coalition, who sent me a "survey" yesterday, I rag all over them and then send EVERYTHING that will fit into their SASE back at 'em, to run up their postage costs.

How purely evil. There is hope for you guys yet.

Amexometer: 6 interruptions in this one short post.
MIB
I don't know why everyone seems to be having problems with the Amex ad. I haven't had a problem since day 1 with that.
