No, this is not Canadian flag waving, nor is it saying that
Colts management rightly made him take a pay cut. Rather,
I'm saying that Vanderjagt deserves the award for giving
Peyton Manning a good kick in the ass.

Let's face facts: until this year, Manning was good but
never got the job done in the crunch. After having his
manhood and commitment questioned by Vanderjagt (especially
after Vanderjagt had the worst season of his NFL career),
Manning has finally started playing like a winner.

If the Colts do any damage in the playoffs (AFC title game
or more), maybe they should give one to Vanderjagt, or at
least, Colts management give him a pay raise. (Since
Vanderjagt has been 100%, he can't be faulted for any of
the Colts' three losses.)
