There are some good games this week or at least some good scores. I'm "watching" them over the net.
The one that just popped up is Dante Hall just returned a punt for a touchdown. How does he do this every week? Did he sell his soul to the Devil?

I flipped over to the Chiefs-Broncos game just in time to catch Dante Hall's kickoff return for a TD (to give a Chiefs a 24-23 lead midway through the 4th quarter)....he has now tied the NFL single-season record for most kicks returned for a TD in one season with FOUR and we are only in WEEK FIVE! eek! ....this guy is truly incredible!....it's amazing that teams even kick the ball in his direction (although on punts I guess they don't really have a choice since he is the only guy back there) and on the opening kickoff after Hall fielded the ball the KC coaching staff masterfully called for a reverse during which Dante handed the ball to a teammate who proceeded to run for over 50 yards into Denver territory after the entire Broncos special team unit overpursued Hall on the left side of the field.
At this point in the season I would dare say that Dante Hall is the league MVP as he has single-handedly won at least two games for the undefeated Chiefs (and that number may increase again after another 6 minutes of so of action this afternoon)....anyone disagree?

The guy is short, quick, has good peripheral vision, has self-confidence but not overconfidence, doesn't give up easily and most of all is patient. He goes either way with it.
I didn't come up with any of this. He basically has said it all himself, except for the "short" bit. But when there is not much to grab on to...? And he makes good use of it.
He reminds me of a very quick basketball player who can shoot with either hand. Tough to guard.

A couple of good close games, Chiefs - Broncos really lived up to its billing. Dante Hall may rewrite the record books this year.
The Skins almost came back on the Eagles in the closing seconds, but they held on. Even though the Eagles secondary is missing their top two players, they played well. Now the NFC east race is nice and tight compliments of the Giants loss.
The disappointments include Oakland, which may be washed up after losing to the lowly Bears. Then there are the Seahawks who may be pretenders after doing nothing against a Packer team that is
average.

*Sigh* I thought the Broncos had it...they thoroughly outgained the Chiefs in KC and then . . . damn punt return for a TD. Revenge in Denver will be sweet.

) Are the two best teams in football in the same division?

And Kordell, kicked to the curb and now QB'ing the lowly Bears, defeats the Raiders! Gotta love this game!
I also saw the Dolphins defeated the Giants, and Dallas smacked around Arizona. I don't know why, but both wins made me glad.
