Anyone know anything about him...besides he is very goodlooking with an awsome body!!(lol)..I was reading his workout routine getting some pointers and it was talking about where he got his routine from...coaches, players, and it said his partner so and so. I was wondering if this was his workout partner or partner in general..lol! The Ravens web site doesn't say he is married....maybe...I can dream..lol!

I looked up the partner they were talking about, Bill Welle. Looks like he is a personal trainer and specialist in developing personalized training routines, and has a special training facility in Florida. But the quote in that workout summary does sound interesting huh? You would think they would say, personal trainer, or something to that effect. I guess you just never know.
