they put a W in the W column if it's 7, 10 or 20 pts... and, the eagles completely controlled that game after halftime. I am quite proud of my bois for fighting through all of the injuries, all the dmac struggles, and playing tough every week. Most teams could not survive the injuries the iggles have seen this year...

What? how are injuries an excuse? I've seen some of the most pathetic football played in the first half of the season and i see a 5-3 record.. which i dont see from ATL. Or any other team who has been crushed with injuries.

What does that tell me? that this team has heart... something alot of other organizations dont have. I dont see any of the big egos going aroudn either...i applaud that.

By the way, it's in a different post, but explain that comment about Spurrier in the other post and "not playing Duke". Something isnt adding up to me. Not that I care, just doesnt make sense the way I read it.

Well perhaps we needs toots (GJ) to clear this up.. spurrier used to schedule patsy teams to run the score up to make his team look better than it actually was. In the NFL you cant do that, not even against the cardz.

When i see the skins play, i see a talented team that had no control. Look back at shottenheimer (however you spell it) he had them rolling at the end of his last year.. they finished 8-8 and were a team NO ONE wanted to play. Then all that talk of how GREAT their LB were going to be.. No one is coaching these guys...that's the problem. they have great talent, their CB's have great talent... and so on.

It comes down to this.. lil danny and his big purse tries to make the team over EVERY year. You just cant do it. The players need to be together for a year or 2 before they start to click.

Say what you want but there is a team about 100 north of them who is less talented and kicks their ass all the time cause they play within the system and as a team.

OK, I figured that was what you meant, but maybe you should change "Duke" to a team Florida actually would play that was a patsy team. That is why it wasnt adding up to me.

now maybe i'm high but i thought Duke had the longest losing streak going?

Phillyfan, it is obvious that you dont know college football. Miami, Florida and Florida State all have strong strength of schedule. Check the BCS poll and you will see how they compare.

You could argue that Florida plays a good schedule... but Miami? Please what a joke.. their conf is a joke... F$U plays in a joke conference also. Put either of those teams in the Big 10 ro Pac 10 and see if they go undefeated. Must be nice to play in a conf that has marginal teams you beat up on... they get up to play 1 maybe 2 tough games all year.
