This week, with the Eagles not playing until tomorrow night, I can watch Steelers-Jets or Seahawks-Rams at 1 pm followed by Cowboys-Redskins at 4 pm. Seahawks-Rams seems to be the most interesting game today. The schedule is pretty lackluster compared to last week. wink

Snow will be a real factor in games at Washington, New York and New England. Passing games will be fairly limited. Maybe I should have started Anthony Wright of Baltimore instead of Brady on my fantasy team?
There are alot of meaningless games. As much as they are telling us 22 teams are still mathematically alive, most of those teams are dead in the water. Saettle-St Louis and Philly-Miami are the only real marquee matchups.
Go Chargers!!!

Seahawks wasted a lot of opportunities to beat the Rams. They had some drives stall in part due to penalties.
Minnesota continues to collapse. Can the Vikes actually miss the playoffs after that start?

Bulger got a big hand up from Faulk and Holt, especially Faulk who did everything but throw his passes for him. If Bulger is going to start for the Rams next year he'll need to spend a lot of time in the weight room and it's questionable whether he can strengthen up without throwing off his game.
Bulger seems like a really nice guy and I hope he improves but if he prevents me from getting to see more of Adam Archuleta I'm not sure I could forgive him.

seems like the only place my Chargers are going is to 3-13. It's a good thing LaDainian can catch, otherwise we'd be REALLY screwed. 152 yards receiving, probably going to have the best receiving mark again this week.

The Redskins are now fifth-place-team-in-a-four-team-division bad. Of course, that makes the Giants, sixth-place-team-in-a-four-team-division bad.

Notable and longtime records were broken by several Packers yesterday:
Ryan Longwell scored 8 points, giving him a total of 826, passing the legendary Don Hutson who scored a total of 823 by the time he retired in 1945.
Ahman Green's 1538 rushing yards this season surpasses Jim Taylor's single-season mark of 1474 in 1962.
As as my man Brett says, "I'm old and washed up" (yeah right ... 278 yards and four touchdowns and a passing rating of 122.2) -- the 23rd straight game in which he has thrown for at least one touchdown, eclipsing Cecil Isbell’s 22 games (1941-42).

Great to see the Colts and Bengals win. Jon Kitna, in particular, played really well.
The Pack looked like they might throw one away to an awful Chargers team, but order was restored. Please, NFL, do NOT let the Bolts move to Los Angeles. This is a front-running town, they'll get 40,000 at the Coliseum once the novelty wears off.
[Like Homer Simpson] Stupid Bucs won again. I think my friend and I saw 1 play in this game on the Dish.
Memo to Tim Couch: you look awful in blonde highlights. Get a haircut. Much love, Jim Allen.

Karma...
Clinton Portis strutted around wearing a “World's Greatest Running Back” belt he had made, after last week's game, trying to show up Priest Holmes after scoring 5 TD's.
This week he's injured on the last play of the game.
