The Lions and Texans higher than the Bears? The Pack in the top ten? (not yet ...) The Falcons way down at 25? Luckily the ranking is just for fun -- no BCS-type implications.

The Colts, Jaguars, Lions, Texans and Cardinals seem overrated.

The Vikings are WAAAAYYYY overrated!

Eagles, Broncos, Bills, Browns and Dolphins seem underrated.

The Ravens are ranked the 11th BEST team in the NFL and the Browns are #29? ....I know Baltimore looked awesome on Monday night (at least in the first half) but even I realize they don't belong in the top third of the league's elite....and were it not for Dwayne Rudd's helmet throwing and their OT loss in Pittsburgh on Sunday the Browns would be undefeated....oh well, it looks like the NY Times pro football computer rankings are as reliable as their college one.
