Favre and Warner, these two guys are hot. Why does someone have to lose today?

Personally I'd like to see Green Bay pull it out, but it doesn't look like it's going to be.

True. Normally I would be rootin for the Pack, but not since they beat the Niners last week. Sweet sweet revenge....

I knew Favre hated domes, but this is ridiculous: 6 picks.

I cheer against teams that beat Cleveland, but now what do I do it's Pitts against Patriots LOL I must now want New England to beat Pittsburgh - talk about an easy path to the Superbowl-- a bye week then get to play lousy Baltimore and now that POWERHOUSE New England.

I'm just glad there's no teams left from Florida, Texas, or SoCalifornia; ahh life is good.

I had a tough dilemma this afternoon, go out with a good friend from out of town whom I rarely get a chance to see, or catch the last half of the Rams/GB game. Phew! am I glad I chose friendship over football! I come out looking like the good guy, and I was spared what looked like a truly ugly half. I know Favre has a problem with domes, but today's performance was downright unsightly. Otherwise, he's a great QB. Maybe the guy needs to learn sign language or some kind of signaling system.

Brett Favre after the game:
‘‘I could have thrown eight had we gotten the ball back. But I was going to keep chucking it.’’

‘‘People will say if we would have done this or we wouldn’t have done that. Like I always say, if a chicken had lips, he could whistle.’’

The Pack was simply outclassed. The Rams were just more talented and faster. The Packers had a very good season but, unfortunately, got the Rams on a bad week.

Cyd is right. The Rams defense played like their lives depended upon getting to the NFC title game, while Martz's vaunted offense basically gave Aeneas Williams and company breathers and completed their work. I was glad Marshall Faulk, one of the classiest and sexiest RBs in the league got to score a rushing TD, but it was exhilarating to see the defensive corp flying up the field like *they* were the offense. "Finesse" my *ss....
