I just moved and haven't been online much recently and I'm just catching up on things that happened in the last month or so. I was checking out the Broncos site yesterday and was stunned to see that on March 18, Eddie Mac had surgery to repair a hernia in his lower abdomen. The Broncos didn't release the news until early April. Apparently, Ed was working out intensely since the season ended, but he had pain in the groin that wouldn't heal. The team doctor examined him and told him he needed surgery. It was performed by a doctor at Drexel University in Philly. Wouldn't you know it, I move from Philly and Ed comes into town a month later! Anyway, he will be sidelined for 2 to 3 months, so he should be ready by training camp, if not sooner.
Theo, did you know about this? Let's go to Denver and we can take turns giving him groin massages! I know there are other Outsporters who will line up behind us.
