Butler, with a perfect 10-0 record and a very high RPI ranking is still yet to crack the Top 25. am very surprised aobut it. saw them last night as they defeated Western Kentucky in the semifinal of the Outrigger tourney. they're quite a decent team. they'll take on the Hawaii Rainbows tonight in the final of the above-mentioned tourney at the Stan Sheriff Center in Honolulu.

Ok.moments away from the latest ESPN/AP poll. am anticipating the bulldgos will debut in the top 25.

I think Butler will have to go the route of Gonzaga and make some noise in the tournament before they come to the voters' minds in the polls. Last year was a great opportunity until losing in the 1st round of the Horizon Conference tourney. They were a fun team to watch and hopefully I can get to a few more of their games this year.

Well, last year's finish has A LOT to do with early rankings. Maybe not in all cases, but certainly in Butler's case.

ok guys, butler no longer has a perfect record. the University of Hawai'i men's basketball team just defeated them, 81-78 in overtime, to win the Outrigger Hotels Rainbow Classic.

The 'Bows staged a come-from-behind comeback(thanks to the heroic effort by the cuties Michael Kuebler and Carl English...yes folks..Michael Kuebler is really really cute), rallying from a 21-point first half deficit and a 15-point deficit in the final four minutes of regulation to force overtime.

Let's Go 'Bows!
