The thread title says it all...Darien Hatcher will be out for from 4-6 months following successful knee surgery. I have always been impressed by hockey players & when I hear of these sorts of serious injuries--were I a player and was about to be out of my sport for that long, I'd retire--and the fact they look forward to rehab and returning to the game, my respect for them goes even higher. (Hell, if I get a headache, I think about leaving work early! )
