I ordered a new 2003 bat to be ASA certified for the upcoming softball tournement in Ft. Lauderdale. I called (instead of using the website) and told the person twice I needed that bat and paid for overnight. The order was confirmed and charged as overnight, both in person and email. The bats is shipped GROUND and I'm without a bat.
When I spoke, she said "mistakes happen" and make NO correction with me at all -- she didn't even mention that she would refund my shipping costs! She did not care I was out of luck, offered NOTHING to compensate me for messing up order and did not care I had a tournement to go to.
In short, I would never order from them again because of this experience.
I am an owner of a company and the for customer service of clearly knowing it was shipped wrong and offering NOTHING to make it right just told me they knew NOTHING about customer service.
I would NEVER order from them again.
