From the Associated Press:

A Jersey worn by No. 1 draft pick Stanley Crosby in his first NHL game was found at Pittsburgh International Airport, two days after it vanished from luggage checked onto a flight by hisfather, a US Airways spokeman said.

The shirt was found wrapped in plastic at the foot of a stairway used to load luggage onto planes by a US Airways employee.

It is unclear whether the shirt had fallen out of the luggage or was removed.

Stanley Crosby, Adam? biggrin.gif Of course we know you meant young Sidney, but perhaps you were thinking of that hockey trophy the Penguins hope to win. smile.gif

Incidentally, this is the second time one of Sidney's hockey jerseys has gone AWOL. The same thing happened less than a year ago after the Junior Hockey championships.

With all the hype with this kid and how he's playing with M. Lemieux. I tend to think this entire thing was staged. It was too obvious. What's the father doing with the jersey in the first place? How fake.
