Whaddya know, the Catchphrase Kings at ESPN are actually going to cablecast the Oakland Athletics' try at an AL record 20th straight win tonight, against Kansas City. First time during the streak, isn't it? (They'll be seen this Sunday night too.)
I'm riding this Oakland train through the postseason... I'm tempted by the Twins' "anomaly," but they play on turf in a crappy park!

The A's are on ESPN2 tonight, to be precise. Same for Sunday, now that the NFL is underway.

Couldn't stay awake for the end of the game to see Hatteberg's HR break the 11-11 tie... The A's are even winning when they play badly for innings 4 through top of the 9th, blowing an 11-0 lead! It DOES suck being an East Coaster sometimes.
