Avalanche forward Peter Worrell identified himself as another NHL player and former teammate when he was arrested last month on a traffic violation according to a police report.

Worrell who is 6 foot 7, and black, repeatedly identified himself as Lilja, a 6-3 Swede, who is white. Worrell is charged with driving with a suspended license and resisting arrest without violence, both misdemeanors.
Hmmm...he doesn't sound to bright here.

When I read the report in the paper, I just scratched my head and wondered how a person could be so dim. Maybe Worrell--one of the game's great goons--took one too many hits to the head (or as Lyndon Johnson once famously said about Gerald Ford: "He's played football without a helmet one too many times.")

That is a very dumb thing to do!

Did I tell you my name? I'm Paul Karya. biggrin.gif
