Ever since the Stars beat the Avs last week, they are just rolling along. That must have been a BIG confidence builder for them because since then they have beaten at least two good teams back to back, first the Sharks, then L.A. last night, and LA has been playin some good hockey. Balfour hasn't been in the news since his temper tantrum in Vancouver either.

After watching the Dallas/San Jose game, I thought it was just a bad game for the Sharks last week. However, I hate to admit it. It looks like the Stars have gotten it together. By the way, what do you think of "Coach Messier"? I can see him in a navy blue double-breasted suit already!

Turco is starting again Friday. He was NHL Player of the week, with 3 wins and 1.2 (or something like that) goals against avg.

Are the lights coming down on Belfour? Since I moved away from Big D, I haven't kept up day-to-day and I refuse to become a Sharks fan.

Turco really impressed me with the victory over the Avs last week. From what I know Balfour is still the number one starter, unless he starts losing again.
