http://presspassq.com/detail.cfm?id=65Outsports.com's Jim Buzinski and myself were interviewed.
I'd be interested in opinions about -and links to- other regional LGBT media coverage of sports, which has probably declined, post-Games. Which publications, in your opinion, did a good -or not so good- job?

I definitely agree with the comment in the article "He added that too many gay media outlets treat sports as eye candy with an “Oh, look at this sexy athlete” mentality, rather than as real journalism."
I'd like to see more actual sports coverage, more feature stories about individuals, etc.. on this site. Occaisionally there is something pretty interesting, but a lot of the time it is "vote for the hottest athlete" or dissing a pro athlete who used a homophobic remark rather than evaluating and talking about gays in sports.
You get the occaisional Andrew Goldstein, Ryan Quinn or Graham Ackerman article but there are tons more athletes out there representing the gay community -- definitely wish there were more of that.
