Hi all,

Is anyone interested in joining me for a 1st Annual Maddog Invitational Halloween Pub Crawl? It'll start at the Pilsner Inn at 4:00 PM this Saturday, where we can watch a little football and then we'll make our way down Market hitting every pub along the way to get to the Castro 8:00ish. (Or just get nice and plowed at the Pilsner and then crawl to the Castro after it gets dark.) I'm going to be in full football gear (Go Bears!) so if you were going to be in some kind of sporto costume (or any costume) it would be cool but definitely not mandatory. Hell, I'm sure we're going to see a lot of Mel Gibson's staggering around calling everyone they meet sugartits so a sports theme group might be nice to counter-balance the Mels.

Ok, I'm flying North tonight. No seriously, wish I could. Sounds like fun. Make sure to remind every to bring their knee pads--& not just cuz of drinkin.

LOL...well I'll be wearing them, along with hip, thigh and shoulder pads. I'm gonna wear the cup too. Gotta put my wallet somewhere...

LOL...well if a hot man shows up in a Mountaineer costume and points a flintlock at me, I'll just have to do whatever he tells me to do.

Maybe he'll keep his flintlock in it's holster!

I sure wish I could go, but seen as you're all the way out there...no can do.

By the way...the best bar crawl I ever was on was riding from bar to bar with 25 of my closest (alright I knew none of them) friends in the back of a UHaul in New Jersey. I went with a friend. That was a lot of fun. More fun than I though I could have riding in a moving truck.

I wish you could come too. I don't have any local Outsporters confirmed yet but plenty of the bar regulars have said they'll be there. (Although this crawl will be completely on foot )

Wish I could have joined you...were the Costumes in the Castro as phenomenal as usual? I'm attending a birthday dinner at 2223 on halloween night so I hope to see the action from a window seat...
