According to this Yahoo story, Nancy Grace and CNN are being sued by the family of Melinda Duckett, the woman who committed suicide after Grace's brutal interrogation over the disappearance of her two-year-old son.

I hope they fry Nancy Grace for posing as a news anchor. She's worse than anyone on Fox, even Bill O'Lie-ly. More power to the family of Melinda Duckett!

I hope Nancy gets exactly what she deserves. TV News seem to think they are now judge and jury.

Maybe the family should be as concerned with what their wacko daughter did with her child and how horrible she was to her ex-husband during her divorce. The woman didn't commit suicide because Nancy Grace grilled her; she did it because she knew she couldn't get out from under her web of lies.

I can't STAND Nancy Grace. I think that she is a MONSTER, but coming from a legal standpoint I don't think Nancy Grace should be sued over it. And I agree that obviously this mother, through the piles of circumstantial evidence that has come out on this case, was so far into the abyss of untruth that the family shouldn't be trying to blame Nancy Grace for her suicide.

Nancy Grace (a last name that couldn't possibly be less fitting) says that the allegations against her are "hateful and spiteful". Well Nancy, welcome to the world you consistantly inflict upon all of your "guests"(?) and all those you talk about and pass judgement upon every night. I don't know if this case holds any water in the legal world but I would love to see her have to take some responsibility for the garbage she put on the air every night. CNN is well on the way to FOX News land airing the likes of her and that sarcastic, loudmouth bastard Glen Beck. I better quit before I become just as nasty and out of control as they are.

OK, I'll pick up where you left off. CNN Headline News is becoming Fox News Lite, with the outrageous, outlandish, wildly speculative hosts in Grace and Beck. They're rapidly turning me toward MSNBC.

I can't stand Nancy Grace. She is vile. But I can't see how she can be sued for this? Wait... I can see how she can be sued but I can't see how a jury could find her guilty of anything other than being a witch.

Like Nancy Grace or not, she is NO WAY responsible for Melinda Ducket killing herself.

Was she harsh on Melinca on the phone? Perhaps. BUT...she was being harsh and aggresive saying "Why won't you say where you were/ what you were doing when he disappeared, you were the last person seen with him!!" Josh Duckett, the baby's father is even supporting Nancy. Melinda Duckett just didn't want to face the consequences of being discovered she killed her own child.

Nancy is harsh at times, but is totally in the clear in this one.
