Just visited your website and I think it's a fantastic idea!! I'm a reporter and I write about gays in sports often. It amazes me how many people still don't have a clue about the large number of gym rats, semi and pro sport figures that are not straight.

it'll be interesting to see what direction the website takes. as it were, with no messages in the discussion board, it's not off to a very promising start.

HEY! you over there -- yeah, the Big Guys!
Jim and Cyd! -- was there an immediate response to your website when you first got it up and running? How many regulars do you suppose you have, anyway?

if you want to know what Outsports used to be like, try this site wayback machine

Wow - what a cool thing, to look back at Outsports 15 months ago.

I've spoken to Mac (one of the organizers) and Dan Woog. Both are very hopeful for the conference. We may be participating somehow, or launching an Outsports conference with a slightly different focus - something we've been quietly planning for a couple months now.

Stay tuned . . .

Wow, a national Outsports conference/meeting, where I'd get to meet other OutSports members. Sounds very exciting, can't wait.

The first annual Outsports Convention...sounds good to me! It would be great if a lot of us were there and could meet.

While I've met four Outsports guys from my two NY visits, I've only met one from Philly so far.

Well, shoot Joe, wish I had looked you up when I was in Philly in late September! Could have talked about Navarre's incredible ass!

Count me in. If I can be of any service, let me know. I'm one of those planner guys!

Well, we might have had to talk about other things. I'm a relative newcomer to Mr. Navarre. Today was the first chance I got to see an entire game with him. If you're in town again sometime, be sure to let me know.
