Some of them were quite true like going to rehab. However, it came across to me like a parody of the cliches in music. The writer didn't seem to know if he should choose the actual cliches (rehab) or to parody cliches (Courtney Love). It just seemed like a bad jumble to me, as I only made it to #20 or so before I left it.
