Did anyone else see this interview today, or more importantly hear Matthews talking to Edwards and his wife, and he blurts out, and this is what I heard him say:, " so what happens? Does your wife kiss your balls or something"? He was asking a political question to Edwards, and making a point, and thats what I thought I heard, so I would love to hear what somebody else may or may not have heard....its clear though by the audience reaction, loud guffaw, and chatter, they heard something! Next thing I hear is Mrs. Edwards saying " Chris this is a family show.!!" And nothing was blurted out!! I was mildly blown away by this...I know Chris has been gone for 2 weeks because of some illness. He never did talk about it, that I caught, but I was flabbergasted by this comment...was I alone, or did I hear him say this????

Elizabeth is kidding John about not being funny, and Matthews says "Does she do this, does she bust your balls like this…" and she laughingly says "My children are watching!" Video

It wasn't merely surprising. It was quite candid. Those are the blunt and open moments that I expect from Matthews. He truly has the "no spin zone" because when he asks a question, he gets the answer. No deception or obfuscation allowed! So this clip falls directly in line with the blunt image that he projects.
