So I just try to be an honest, decent man of good-will. And in this crazy world we live, I think thats just about all God could expect from us.
You make some very good points. God is supposed to be the focal point of faith not other people who TRY & follow him. Since people are flawed. some may or may not do a good job of imitating his selfless example. Keep your focus on God not each other.
