According to a new study released by the Center for Science in the Public Interest,
Chinese food is bad for us. While this isn't exactly shocking news, to me it was rather alarming. I enjoy the occasional take-out or egg roll, but I had no idea how bad my choices could be for me. It looks like I will definitely be eating more vegetables now.

And I love the beef with broccoli, and the white rice the CSPI people rail against! Argh!

I think the problem is more with restaurant food in general, especially if it's done quick and cheap. Unless you eat it too often, it shouldn't hurt.

I think the problem is with people who don't make healthy choices...
An order of G Tso's chicken w/ Fried Dumplings and a super size Coke - not such a good choice.
An order of Steamed Shrimp and Veg w/ Brown Rice and Hot Tea split between the two of you - maybe a better choice.
Depends on whether you want to look like someone in KoHW or Shamoo's Brother.
Again G Tso's Chicken once a year will not kill you, 2-3x a week alternating with deluxe pizza's, it just might.
