Who hasn't Sharon slept with? There's really nothing interesting going on in Genoa City is there?

The writing is absolutely horrible!!! Jack's been married at least 5 times (Patti, Nikki, Luan, Phyliss, Sharon, not sure if he married Dr. Emily). Nikki's been married 5 or more times. They've all been near death, presumed dead, behind bars, etc. I think it's quite obvious now that this show peaked creatively several years ago and I think it's now tiime to conclude the show.

Shhh, we're not supposed to remember Luan and her son Keemo. Jack remembers no such marriage lol

So Nikki did kill Diane in self defense and Deacon filmed the whole thing? So we are supposed to believe that Nikki bashed Diane in the head repeatedly? So what is Pattys role in all this? The writers obviously killed Diane off not knowing who they would make the killer at the time but this is just bullshit.

Yeah, you can tell the Diane "murder" was reshot. There was a stand in for Diane - we never saw Diane's face, just the back of herself.

Haha!!! So true. There's been no mention of Jack's late wife Luan (fell victim to the cliche' soap opera terminal disease) or their son Keemo since he abruptly left GC back in the mid 90s. I've never understood why the writers choose to avoid a simple mention of pivotal characters who are no longer on the show. Basically, after certain characters die or are written off, memories of these characters become non-existent.

I completely agree...that's one of my biggest pet peeves with soaps, too much Retroactive continuity.

That is the same thing that I thought when I was watching this. So you mean to tell me that Deacon, who was working at Gloworm, took time off to go to the park to film the whole thing? Or, just to be logical, left the camera rolling and went back to work. After work, he would have had to go back to the park, get the camera, see a dead Diane (but not call the police), and go home or back to work.

How long had the camera been out in the park? Diane just assumed that people would show up on time after she called them. And she also made sure that she and the person she was talking to were in the shot of the camera.

Patty showed up at some point, found the syringe (in the dark because she just knew that Diane was carrying it), put a pillow down, (once again see a dead Diane and not call the police), and keep going. Yet, the camera never got footage of her or Adam. Oh, and let's not forget that somebody found Ashley's phone (in the dark again) and took pictures.

GC has a fine looking police force. Did you see all the hot cops serving summons to the citizens?

TOTALLY agree. That relationship looks so fake, the passion is terrible acting. Years ago, I thought Nick and Sharon were hot, and that Phyllis was creepy. Now Nick and Phyllis are the hot couple. Well, Nick and anyone is hot.... but they have made a mess of Sharon.

I'd like to see Jeanne Cooper get hooked up again. Take on the issue of sex for the elderly.

I always loved Nick and Phyllis. Their chemistry was off the charts. Sharon reminds me of Jennifer Aniston. A bore who people look at and want and then get with and realize she's too simple.

Ricky is getting on my nerves. Who could have a vendetta against Paul? He's such a nice guy yet Ricky seems to be using him to propel his career.

And "Billy" for being such a healthy looking guy always seems to be sick (stuffed up).

Boy, there was a lot of cheesy, bad acting after Jack was shot. I had to LOL at some of their reactions, especially when Abby was held at gun point.

Oh my god!!! I just watched the episode you are referencing and YOU ARE SO RIGHT!!!! It was horrible! It was really bad acting. Tracy was the worst of them all. She grabbed the cell phone to dial 911 and dialed about 8 numbers and then immediately was saying "hello hello". What was she dialing 1-800-911? I laughed my ass off when I saw that.. I don't know if their salaries have been cut and they just don't give a shit but yeah...it was horrible acting. I also love the way Victor and Nikki just casually strolled in with sirens and paramedics running in. Genevive's initial reaction was kinda whack too.
