Hello all!

I've got tickets to Saturday's Yankee/Red Sox game. Third base line. I was wondering if any other members of Outsports will be attending this or any of the 4 games in this annual event?

You lucky dog you. I have tickets to one of the O's/Sox games in September.

My husband is going on Friday. His Uncle is coming to town with his wife to visit her son. They are Yankees fans and bought tickets for the four of them, so they will be a mixed group of Yank/Sox fans with my man outnumbered. I'm not going as the uncle has no idea who I am (I think I met him once). The funny thing is my hubby's mom asked him if he bought a ticket for me. I swear she must know!

I just missed tickets to those really good series because I won't be in NY until Sep. 08. But, I have got Yankee tickets on Sep. 09 against those killer Detroit Tigers.

I never thought I'd say this, but I agree.
GO YANKS!

If anything, it's to keep the M's in the Wildcard race, considering they probably won't win their division without a miracle.

Okay, I have been stuck at home for the past few days doped up on cold medicine. But, I think I am hallucinating here!

Is this like me rooting for Boston to win the wild card so that the Yankees can play the Central Division winner instead of Oakland or Seattle?

Yes, But Boston needs a long losing streak in my opinion, if the M's are to have a chance. I know you'd rather see the Yanks take on the winner of the Central Division, but that's where we disagree. I want the M's to have a shot at winning a World Series before the core players have to retire, and a rebuilding process starts.
So all I can say is GO YANKS and BLUE JAYS!

BTW, Get Well Soon! smile.gif
