Canadian Spy Technology

I laughed out loud when I read this story this morning. I don't know whether or not you should worry about the US Defence Intelligence agency or be proud that they take things so seriously. Apparently US Military contractors thought a Canadian quarter was a tracking devise but they could figure out how it worked, LMAO!!!!

Heh, I saw that when they originally issued all the warnings. First there were articles talking about spy technology in Canadian coins and then the big retraction of all the stories. I'm still not convinced though, you Canucks are up to something I'm sure of it!

I remember the first time I was told about this: I was in the Vermont Pub and Brewery in Burlington and laughed so hard I snarfed a damn good Irish Ale.

After going back and reading a couple news articles about it, I am amazed no one in the federal gov't bothered asking anyone in the US Treasury dept or from one of the border states...

Half of the state of VT got a chuckle out of that one.

He was fulfilling his campaign pledge to find and surround himself with people who were brighter than he is to tackle our really tough problems.

Damn, I knew there had to be a catch in there somewhere...
