*Not the official home opener, sorry. wink It's for this Saturday's exhibition game against Jim Thome's former team, the Cleveland Indians. I have 4 tickets for this game, and phillyrunner is joining me, so there are 2 extra tickets available -- first come, first serve. They're at the top level of the park but they're almost behind home plate.
You have the chance to be among the first to see exactly how much work still needs to be done at Citizens Bank Park -- while the Phils continue to insist that almost everything will be open (excepting late additions like the "Make Your Own Phanatic" stand), there are still reports that wires and scaffolding are all over the place. One local sports radio host characterized it this way, based on what people keep telling him: "The field is ready, you'll have a seat, but use the restroom before you leave the house and bring food!" wink Anyway, if you wanna go, let me know.

Somehow I don't see that happening. But maybe someone up there can pick you up on the way?

Thought I'd bump this up one more time, in the hopes that someone might want these tickets...

Sorry I just found this website! Would have loved to join you. Always looking to catch local games in the Philly area (live, if preferable).
Hope you enjoyed the game.

And you could've beaten out FeverDog's bid for my extra ticket for Monday's official home opener. wink Anyway, I have 2 tickets in a 16-game partial plan, so there will be other opportunities.
