I certainly don't feel sorry for this righteous, family values Republican who authored the "Lewd and Lascivious Exhibition Act" and got caught by undercover cops. I didn't get the sense that he was expecting to pay to give the blow job. It seems that the cop had to throw that in the conversation to make the Rep's actions arrestable and he unwittingly went along with it, since the cop wasn't asking for too much money.
I tell you, it pays to know the law. It seems that it is legal to ask guys if they want a blow job (assuming you won't perform the act in a public place) but as soon as you tie the act to money -- regardless of which party brought up the issue of money -- then you're into illegal territory.

Oh my god...I just read this on another site about how his excuse is "the black guys made me do it" Are you freaking kidding me? I do get how black guys can be intimidating but ummm...this is lame. And yes Elemental...many of them do like to get "down with the brown". I was involved with a guy in college who was in the College Republicans.
