Cool! Are you Lucas G?

That would be an affirmative.

If the Free Republic crazies pick this up, that would make my life complete...

Awesome dude! Very nice article about you. Why didn't you mention it earlier?

Edited for the following:

Your pix is on the front cover (on paper). Would you like me to send it to you? If so, then pm me your address.

I figured it would be obvious enough, and I didn't want to be too self serving. I think I'm going to buy the paper somewhere downtown (I know a place). But thanks anyway!

Also remember that the copy I have has your pix in color. Usually when I'm out of town, the LA Times pix tend to be in black & white. At any rate...

Good articles. I especially like the fact that they tell the athletes' stories without feeling the need to get opposing viewpoints from right-wing nuts or so-called "religious" types. (Although I'm sure some of the good folks here will be all too quick to go to the haters' websites to find those viewpoints and then vomit them into this thread... rolleyes.gif )

God I hope not. The problem may be if the haters find OS & start posting here on their own.

No, I figure the haters already know about Outsports and can't be bothered, or else they send e-mails instead of posting on the board, or they can't figure out how to post. I'm talking about the people on THIS board, who like to post links to right-wing websites to "inform us as to what they're saying about us" or some such rationale. I've said it before, I'll say it again: we already KNOW what the haters think of us. We don't need their links posted to our board. And why give them website hits and traffic?

Nice job badger...something like that would make me die from embarrassment and overexposure.
